Satoshi ITO's Home Page (Faculty of Engineering, Gifu University)

Satoshi Ito was born in 1968 in Japan. He obtained his B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in information engineering from Nagoya University in 1991 and 1993, respectively. From 1994 to 1996, he was a technical staff at the Laboratory for Bio-Mimetic Control Systems, Bio-Mimetic Control Research Center (RIKEN) and from 1997 to 1999, a research scientist at the same laboratory. In 1999, he obtained his Dr. Eng. degree from Nagoya University. Since 1999, he has been a research associate on the faculty of Engineering, Gifu University, where he is now an associate professor. His research interests include robotics, systems engineering and cybernetics.
